As a pack leader since 2011 It's A Dogs Life has enriched and rehabilitated dogs behavior and walking skills once they are introduced to the handler and the pack. Many people find it difficult to walk one dog but once a dog is introduced to a pack of five or more the dog learns how to adjust walking with the handler and pack over time. This becomes beneficial for the owners at home if your dog has problems with pulling and not heeling on the leash. Bringing back the natural behavior of a dog who is a pack animal by nature, pack walking is one of the best recommendations in teaching your dog how to respect his pack friends and handler. 

 

A dog’s behavior can be deeply rooted in the way he is confined at home, socialized, boundaries, anxiety, bred, and trained.

You can have a social, confident dog that is able to cope in a human world but if you leave the dog with other humans or other dogs at daycare or boarding and they socially can't cope with separation from their home or owner then this is where we have seen many changes take place in the confidence of the dog joining our pack walk. If your dog hasn't joined the IADL pack then now is the time to make him happy and confident with new friends.
